Summary: This prospective study evaluated the effects of thrombospondin-I peptides in canine patients with various cancers. No adverse effects were noted. Approximately 40% of these patients showed improvements identified by stable disease unexpected for the biology of that given cancer, partial remissions, or complete remissions.
